1 c green lentil
5-6 cups chicken stock to cook lentils in, more may be needed
1/2 avocado
1 clove garlic, minced
1 scoop About Time unflavored protein
1/2 c scallions
1/2 t onion powder
1/2 t garlic powder
1 t salt
Cook lentils until done, soft but still with some firmness and texture. Preheat oven to 350 degrees. In a food processor blend garlic, scallions, avocado and seasonings together. Add 1/2 of the lentils. Process into a chunky paste. Place into a mixing bowl. Add final amount of whole lentils and scoop of protein. Blend together with a wooden spoon. Mixture makes 8 burgers. Spray a baking sheet, make patties place on the sheet. Bake for 12-14 minutes. enjoy
